The first consultation is free. If you go ahead, I'll confirm any fee in writing before starting work.

How I'm paid
I also receive a commission from the lender when your mortgage completes. This does not increase the cost of your mortgage. On loans of £400,000 and above, the lender's commission is the only payment I receive.
When the fee is payable
Any fee is payable when I submit your mortgage application. I'll confirm the amount in writing before we start.
Refunds
The fee is non refundable, except where your application fails because of an error on my part.
Existing clients
If I've arranged your mortgage before, I'll review your options free of charge when your deal comes to an end.
